To request a return, email aus@globaltrackwarehouse.com and let us know the track size and quantity that you are looking to return/exchange. Use this format for the email subject line; Return - [track size and quantity]. We will get back to you soon with a form to fill out and will begin processing the request as soon as it is submitted.

Global Track Warehouse has two locations in Australia, with our headquarters being in Yass, and our other location in Perth. Both handle distribution throughout the region!

Don't worry, you can still contact us by phone or email at (02) 6226-4370 or aus@globaltrackwarehouse.com as we may have an alternate solution that would work just as well!

You may pick up your order in person if you wish from both of our distribution centres. Just let us know at the time of order that you plan on doing so with estimated date and time of pickup so we can accommodate you and have everything ready when you arrive!

We accept many forms of payment for our rubber tracks, with the most common form being credit card. We also accept checks and bank wire transfers. Those are currently the only accepted methods of purchasing at the moment. Click here to request a quote today!

All positive drive and friction drive tractor tracks come with a 2 year, 2000 hour warranty. All other agricultural rubber tracks have a 2 year, 1000 hour warranty. Industrial track warranties are 1 year, 1000 hour and skid steers carry a 6 month warranty. More information can be found on the resources page.
